Delhi-NCR: We deliver across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad.

Pan-India: We deliver to most major cities and towns across India.

Delivery Time

Online Orders: All orders placed through our website will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Urgent Delhi-NCR Orders: For urgent delivery requirements, please call us directly to place your order. Orders confirmed over the phone before 12 PM may be processed for same-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 12 PM will be processed for delivery the following day.

Rest of India: Orders typically take 3–5 working days to be delivered, depending on the destination. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Handling and Packaging

We take extra care while packaging our mithai to ensure that it reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. All orders are packed in specially designed, temperature-controlled packaging to help preserve freshness during transit.

Order Processing

Online orders are processed on working days, from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, special promotions, or periods of high demand, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Urgent Delhi-NCR orders must be placed and confirmed over the phone and are subject to availability.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
