• Delhi-NCR: We offer same-day or next-day delivery across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad for orders placed before 12pm.
• Pan-India: We deliver across India to most major cities and towns.

Delivery Time

• Delhi-NCR: Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the same day or the next day. For orders placed after the cutoff, delivery will take place the following day.
• Rest of India: Orders typically take [3-5] business days to be delivered, depending on the destination. Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Delhi-NCR: We offer free delivery for orders above ₹3000. For orders below ₹3000, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.
• Pan-India: Shipping charges vary based on the weight and destination of the order. Exact charges will be calculated during checkout.

Handling and Packaging

We take extra care to package our mithai to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. All orders are packed in specially designed temperature-controlled packaging to preserve freshness during transit.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• During festive seasons or special promotions, please allow additional time for your orders to be processed.
