At Halwaipop, we take pride in delivering the freshest and highest-quality mithai. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed.

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the incorrect item, we are happy to assist. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly. On acceptance, we the refund will be transacted in 3-5 working days.

We do not offer returns or refunds for items damaged during transit. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but once it leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.
